I went with my family to visit Mexico city. We stayed 5 days. Location is great close to all touristic places. Safe neighborhood. Service the best available !!! Our room had a great view of Chapultepec Park and palace. Breakfast on the 16th floor was healthy.
"The Sons take Mexico"
The first time we stayed at Fiesta Americana was in Cancun, and our experience was stellar! This is why we chose to stay at Fiesta American Grand in Chapultepec! With our reservation we had access to the Rewars Club which offered complimentary breakfast and appetizers along with beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) in the evenings from 5-11p. Breakfast options were satisfying-these included freshly made juices, omelette made to order, fruits, and cereals. Dinner options were forgettable-these mostly included fried foods such as cheese stick jalapeño poppers and some salads. The location of the hotel is favorable. We enjoyed a beautiful view of Bosque Chapultepec both from Rewards Club and our room! The walk to Bosque Chapultepec was short and sweet, so we explored its grandness during our week stay. Service was outstanding, but my only wish is that the decor and furniture was more contemporary. It all looks a little sad!
"Very good quality and courteous service"
This hotel provides me with excellent service. It’s my first opportunity to come to Mexico on the business. Their courteous service alleviate me so much. I notice their staffs clean my room twice because when I came back to my room from some meeting, my room had been already cleaned up, but coming back to my room after attending the banquet, they absolutely cleaned my room up again. I was very impressed by their courteous service. I’d like to stay here again in my next trip.
Great value, highly recommended. Convenient location near Chapultepec, Polanco, and Paseo de la Reforma. The nearest Metro station is about 10 min walk away; it was a little tricky negotiating the walk back to the hotel at night, but I don't fault the hotel for this. The room was more than adequate, the staff was very professional at all levels. I was going to stay at the Camino Real up the street because of the architectural significance, but the Gran Fiesta was a little bit more affordable and had slightly better ratings. I was able to stroll thru the Camino Real, and enjoyed the better value that the Grand Fiesta offered.
"Excellent Hotel with great location"
Stayed here for business and it was an easy walk to the office. This hotel is very nice. Great staff, wonderful location, and overall wonderful experience. I especially loved the hotel restaurant. Every evening I enjoyed choices off their 'local' menu and had the most fabulous food without paying a fortune. I had the best ceviche followed by the Crema de flor de calabaza. Anyway, overall all fabulous experience. Looking forward to my next visit and stay here!
