Will definitely go back!! The service was wonderful. I love that you can have eats brought to you at the pool. There was plenty of variety of food! Everyone was so nice and the ladies are beautiful there. Inside and out!
Before I go on any trips, I always make sure to research and pick the most adequate. For this reason being we picked this hotel expecting great things. For starters, when we got there the front desk employee named Jonathan helped me & my fiancé and says to me "ok two queen size beds" and I of course explained that was wrong. He begged to differ and when he saw me taking out my phone to show him my booking he says "oh your right, a glitch in our system". This was AFTER I heard him telling another employee that they were running out of king sized bedrooms. Regardless they REFUSED to give us something different the first night because they were all booked. Being there for only 4 nights, it was so upsetting to spend two days moving from different rooms. As a cherry on top, there is a waiter with a lot of drinks once you arrive, she was RIGHT IN FRONT of my fiancé and I and helped every single person before us. I am so ashamed to say of the employees of this hotel (EXCEPT THE POOL WAITERS) but if you are Latino you are treated like second class citizens. They cater to their American guests like no other. Which just for reference, our families are Mexican but we are both American born citizens... regardless it is SHAMEFUL that this should matter at all. The FIRST night we were there we waited 30 min for the Mexican restaurant and then ordered and waited 30 min for the food and please note they brought the dessert out first. It saddens me to say because when my fiancé and I went to Cancun we received STELLAR service in our hotel. Also, we are very good tippers. Employees could bring us a cup of water and they weren't going to leave empty handed. All in all, any time you asked for service whether it be in a restaurant or front desk... it felt like you were bothering them. The resort itself is gorgeous but the service is horrible. THE ONLY person who provided absolutely OUTSTANDING service was Jesus Milan, a waiter by the pool. He is the ONLY reason I am giving this hotel one more star.
I felt disrespected and so belittled. It was interesting because by the second night, my fiancé and I began to observe to see if we were crazy thinking this. There were "American looking" guest that would demand things in such a disrespectful manner and the employees were so kind and attentive to them but if we asked for something and said a million thank yous they could care less and made us wait. We will 100% not be returning to this resort. It is beautiful but service is AWFUL.
Just got back from an 8 day stay at the Grand Fiesta. I cannot say enough great things about our stay there.
The service was excellent, the food was great and the location is perfect. Our room was clean and well maintained during the week. We stayed in the Grand Club section...not sure if it is worth the extra money but it did have some extra perks and having access to the "Club Only" pool was nice.
I highly recommend renting one of the cabanas that are ocean side. It's a nice way to have shaded privacy while sea side - plus the bed is a great way to take an afternoon nap! We rented a cabana 4 days during our stay. Daniel and Rodolfo were our servers during this time and they were AMAZING! They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

"Perfect Tropical Getaway!"
This was our first time to Cabos and it won’t be our last. Fabulous condo, service, live entertainment, adult-only pool with the BEST server ever, Carlos Huerta! Golf carts always ready and available. Concierge very helpful with maps, restaurant reservations and daily activities.
"Easiest Way to Go with the Nicest Staff"
This was our first time staying an all inclusive resort. We were wary of what we might be getting into, however our stay at Grand first dispelled any worries we may have had. The staff is extremely well trained, eager to please, warm and exceedingly polite. The food was very good and very fresh. The breakfast buffet has everything a person could dream of for breakfast. Ask to sit at Hector and Abraham Mendez's tables. They will go out of there way to make sure you have anything you want. We really enjoyed eating at the Cevicheria next to the pool for lunch, and our waiter Jesus was outstanding. The one and only time we were disappointed in the food and service was the dinner we had at Roast's. It is the Italian restaurant in the hotel. The head waiter was not good at delegating to his large team of wait staff and so we waited way too long for our drinks and food - we received our wine AFTER our first course . . . which is a big No-No! The hotel and pools sit on a lovely, tucked away beach cove nestled in the dramatic desert cliffs. The pools are larger than they look in the pictures online.
There are only two complaints we had: 1.- The margaritas are horrible! The tequila they used was terrible, and the mix was like drinking lime Kool-Aid. Very disappointing.
2. - There are maintenance issues all over the place. I am an interior designer, so I see everything. Missing tiles in the pool, beach furniture and umbrellas falling apart, furniture that needs a coat of paint, etc. The hotel itself is very clean, but needs some updating to stay current.
All in all, we all agreed it was a great deal for the cost, and we would go back. The staff absolutely made the stay a joy.
