This was a great place. The staff was always friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choices including Mexican and American items. There was an omelet/egg station where a very friendly guy would cook your eggs. And we had a couple of meals in the restaurant, too, which were very good. The location near the park is perfect. If we needed anything, it was seen to really fast. I can find no fault with this place. Oh, and the prices were great for the minibar!

This hotel has an excellent location, walking distance to El Castillo de Chapultepec, Modern Art Museum, Zoo, Anthropology Museum among other attractions. Also near OXXO/7 Eleven, where you can find toiletries for your travel. The food is amazing, very authentic, mornings were a delight with their breakfast buffet! Complimentary Wifi works excellent. And least but most important was the overall service and staff, they make you feel comfortable, safe and part of their family the minute you arrive. All inquiries and request were answered and If traveling with kids, this is an excellent option. Definitively will return.

There are so many reasons why I am giving the Grand Fiesta America Chapultepec in Mexico City a five star review. For nearly a week, my husband and I enjoyed the many amenities, personal services, and unbeatable location of this great hotel. We opted for the modest upgrade to the grand club level. This gave us a room on the 17th floor with a postcard view of the Castillo De Chapultepec as well as access to a complete breakfast, Happy hour, and wonderful service at the delightful 16th floor Grand Club. We walked to all Chapultepec Park attractions and used Uber to get downtown. (Although we did manage to walk all the way from the Zocalo to our hotel along Reforma one beautiful day.) All in all a great CDMX hotel. We will return!
