We’ve been coming here for number of years, and way prior to when the property got switched to All-inclusive in 2020. Despite the fact that you have many choices in Cancun from which you can pick for us personally Fiesta Americana Coral Beach had became the ultimate choice. There are number of reason why it became our favorite hotel in Cancun, it’s central location, beautiful turquoise beach, delicious food, but most importantly the people who work here, most of whom you start to know by name, who are down to earth, courteous and hospitable. They go out of their way to make you feel wanting to come back each and every time.(Didn’t take us long since Thanksgiving)        
Manuel at the concierge is super nice, and so is Daniela, and Edgar at the front desk.        
Between variety of sports: volleyball, soccer, aerobics, cooking, sand castle contents,        
Daniel and Benjamin are keeping kids occupied throughout the day. Our children love it, and so do we.

Stayed here last weekend and can't say enough. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful (thank Jose at the beach for dealing with our drink requests! lo) all went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. The food was great (especially at Isla Contoy and La Joya). Definitely recommend the tequila tasting at La Joya . Azael was very knowledgeable.        
If you are worried about Covid precautions, we felt safer here than any other place near home.        
All around a great stay and we wish we wouldve stayed longer!

We have been missing Cancun a lot and couldn’t visit due to COVID-19. After one year without vacation, Cancun is our first choice and grand fiesta Americana coral beach is of course one of our top place to stay. This place used to be non all inclusive but now have the option of all inclusive. They have added more restaurants since then. Their service is top notch, everyone is so helpful and friendly. We will come back again, again and again. We didn’t get to use their kids club due to concerns of COVID but they have the best spa and kids club ever. We will save them for next time.
